You can tell how great a song is by the number of times that you want to quote a phrase or line from it on social media. There are bonus points if you post them as if they are your own thoughts. If the whole album is full of these worthy statements then it is a great album.
I sometimes do this. If I don’t mention the artist (and don’t post a link to the song) that either wrote or performed the song, I know that it will be revealed once commenters start asking about it, especially if they praise me for the prose. In this case the omission is only used as a conversation starter. Otherwise, I will credit the artist.
