Electroliner
The North Shore Line ran these streamlined interurban trains from Chicago to Milwaukee. The Electroliners rolled over the Elevated, including the Union Loop, where this train is, from 1941 (when they were built) to 1963. It was like taking the L to Milwaukee only with a dining and a lounge car.
